These terms cover access to KaliCart Global's public MCP and REST catalog interfaces and participation by merchants in the KaliCart Global federated catalog and optional provider-delivery channels. The companion KaliCart Bridge Privacy Notice explains what an individual merchant's Bridge sends.

Operator

KaliCart Global is operated by SAVE THE BRAIN di Giuseppe Socci, P.IVA IT01830350706, SP 40 snc, 86044 Colletorto (CB), Italy.

The service

KaliCart Global is a read-only, federated product-discovery service across independent WooCommerce merchants running KaliCart Bridge. It provides discovery and catalog snapshots, not final transactional authority.

The merchant's own storefront and Bridge remain authoritative for live price, availability, policies, fulfilment, and checkout.

Public access

The public catalog interfaces may be used by people, AI agents, and applications without an API key, subject to reasonable-use rate limiting and these terms.

When presenting results, callers must preserve merchant attribution and the link back to the merchant. A candidate offer should be verified against the merchant's live Bridge or storefront before a final price, availability statement, or purchase decision is presented.

Merchant participation in the Federated Catalog

Installing or updating KaliCart Bridge does not enroll a store in KaliCart Global. A merchant joins only after an authorized WooCommerce administrator explicitly activates the Federated Catalog and registration succeeds.

By activating the Federated Catalog, the merchant:

• asks KaliCart Global to read the store's public Bridge endpoints;
• permits eligible public products to appear in federated discovery;
• confirms that the person acting has authority to enable the service for the store;
• acknowledges that the merchant remains responsible for the accuracy, legality, and availability of its catalog and offers.

The merchant may revoke federation from the Bridge administration screen. Direct access to the merchant's own public Bridge endpoints is separate and is not disabled by federation revocation.

Direct merchant feed

KaliCart Bridge may generate a direct product feed on the merchant's own server. Generating that feed does not send it to KaliCart Global or authorize KaliCart Global to distribute it.

If the merchant supplies the direct feed to a provider, that delivery is managed by the merchant under its direct relationship with the provider.

Optional federated provider distribution

A federated merchant may separately authorize KaliCart Global to deliver its public product information to a named third-party product-discovery or agentic-commerce provider.

• The Federated Catalog must be active and successfully registered.
• Every provider starts disabled.
• Every provider requires a separate affirmative authorization.
• Authorization for one provider does not cover another current or future provider.
• Authorization applies only to distribution through KaliCart Global and does not govern the direct merchant feed.
• The merchant may revoke a provider without leaving the general Federated Catalog.
• Revoking federation suspends all provider delivery through KaliCart Global.
• Authorization does not guarantee provider approval, delivery, indexing, ranking, display, geographic availability, checkout capability, or commercial results.

The initial proposed pilot provider is OpenAI / ChatGPT product discovery, technically identified as openai_acp.

Merchant representations

For each provider it authorizes, the merchant represents that:

• it controls or is authorized to distribute the public catalog and related assets;
• product information, prices, claims, images, brands, identifiers, and policy links are accurate to the best of its knowledge;
• the catalog and its distribution comply with applicable law and do not infringe third-party rights;
• it will keep its WooCommerce catalog and policies reasonably current;
• the administrator granting or revoking authorization is permitted to act for the merchant.

Authorization records

Bridge and KaliCart Global may keep technical receipts of grants and revocations. These receipts identify the store, provider, purpose, action, time, applicable versions, displayed language, and cryptographic hashes of the authorization text and record. They do not contain customer, order, payment, or store-credential data.

An authorization remains separate from delivery status. A failed or pending receipt does not entitle the merchant to claim that its catalog has been delivered to or accepted by the provider.

Duplicate delivery paths

The merchant should not submit the same catalog to the same provider simultaneously through both its direct feed and KaliCart Global unless the provider has expressly instructed it to do so. Parallel unmanaged submissions may create conflicting catalog sources.

Prohibited use

• Mass-scrape KaliCart Global to build a competing index instead of using it for product discovery.
• Misrepresent a merchant's offer, price, availability, identity, or policies.
• Attempt to obtain customer, order, account, payment, or credential data.
• Circumvent rate limits or disrupt the service.
• Remove or obscure merchant attribution when presenting Global results.

Availability and changes

The service and provider channels may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. Material changes to these terms will receive a new version and date.

A new provider is never enabled merely because these general terms change. If a material change affects an existing provider authorization, KaliCart Global may require the merchant to review and grant a new version before delivery continues.
